Billy has been caring for almost all of these cats since they were kittens. He truly knows each and every one of these cats, and loves them dearly. These colonies are well fed and monitored daily for any medical issues. Not to mention that Billy spends time with them each day, giving them the love that they truly crave. He will find the right rescue cat for you!
